Please give me those miracle short exercises that do not require a million dollars worth of equipment space and time to carry out. I'm trying to get lighter so as to stop feeling so sluggish and heavy when I run and stuff. Also I am trying to tone up badly. NO crash diets please. I'm not the type to keep to those.

Fast?.. apart from surgery, you can't! No fad diet, reduce your intake and increase your activity level, dance your buns off.. literally! Be patient, it took years for you to gain the weight, it will take time to burn it off, plain and simple.

The sooner you accept yourself for who you are, and do what I suggest, the better it will be for you. Healthy diet and exercise is the safest and best way for you to loose weight.

My recipe which works quite well: Do work on your abdominal every day or at least regularly. Walk a lot, if possible jogging or cycling. Try to make one hour of sport 2-3 times a week. Eat normally in the morning and at noon but very little in the evening. If you are hungry, eat fruits or vegetables. Move during the day as much as you can. No TV while eating junk food, this is the worst. Avoid junk food and too much sweets, eat healthy food (normal meat, vegetables, fruits, natural juices, water). Tea is good to lose weight (especially Oolong tea, also spelled Wulong tea). Avoid too much alcohol and fat food. After a few months you see the difference. But important is eat LIGHT in the evening.
