my immune system is low and thereby loss weigth and i really need to add more weight. can you tell me the diet


i need to gain weight because my husband does not like me looking too slim. can you tell me what to do and the type of diet i should be taking to make me recover on time or some multivitamins and blood tonic to take. i will really appreciate this. thanks

if ur immune system is low ..try to eat lots of beetroots , carrots and dates ,u can also take dry fruits . weight gaining ..see everyones body tendency differs some have fast metabolism . even i had the problem of putting on weight ..i tried eating butter ,cheese, mayo , milkshakes,bananas etc. i fried most of the stuffs in butter ..and slowly i have started putting on weight now. Even stress can lead to weight loss . see if this works for u . thinking of getting 1?

See a doctor to make sure there is nothing seriously wrong with you! If all you want to do is add healthy weight, eat more calories in a day. You should have a balanced diet of 2000 calories a day to intake a normal healthy diet. To gain weight you should probably increase that to about 2300-2500!

Normally you should intake about 5 servings of complex carbs, 4 servings of vegetables, 2 1/2 of dairy, 2 of fruit, 2 of protein, and 6 of fat! Try increasing those servings to gain weight!
