I say the media in America. Women can only be as much or as little as the media makes them. They have so much pull on our society it's sickening. Most people believe everything that they see on t.v. or in magazines. So when the media portray's us women as ignorant sex symbols, that is what all men, little boys, and little girls will believe is fact, and that is what all women will try to be.
Hopefully this answers your question. We're only dumb because that's what media teaches us as fact.
