Painfull erections?

My penis is a grower, meaning that there is a big difference from flaccid to erect. I go from less than 1 inch soft to about 7 erect. So often when I get erect, the skin on the side of my penis will split open and crack. If it doesn't happen just from getting erect, it certainly does with the friction of contact. I have seen a dermatologist and the only suggestion was use of a moisturizer prior to sexual contact. I have found this to be less than desirable. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? This is putting a strain no my sex life.

However to start, I would go buy one of those big tubs of shea butter (the kind of lotion pregnant women use on their bellys to not get stretch marks), I would also start wearing boxers and looser fitting jeans.

Use the lotion daily, just enough to coat your penis, and if your wearing tight underwear or tight pants, loosen them up a bit. (Levi's Boot Cut instead of Wranglers, ect)

But I would certainly get a second opinion from a DR.
