you would first need to speak with your doctor as to why your having gallstone issues. usually gallstones are a symptom of liver disease.
in the mean time, don't fall for "cure alls" commonly known as "flushing", cleansing, or the above mention diet "lemon diet". These "rituals" are potentially dangerous if you do not have a clear picture of what the underlying cause of your gallstones are. (basically the flushing is a fasting sort of diet where you drink olive oil/lemon juice mixture to "expell liver stones". however, the stones that usually come out are only exactly what you put in, globs of oil.
some claim it rids their "liver stones", but there is no such thing! liver stones are actually bilary tract stones, which reside in the liver and end up where your gallbladder is.
the best idea for you would to check with the doc, and try and follow a diet based for a diabetic.low fat diet.
I would further like to add that "fasting" can actually cause more stone buildup. So those folks that claim the above mentioned flushing ect, are only fooling themselves and wasting their wallet away.
good luck to you!
