Answers:
Long term. Your body will shut down production of an enzyme that is used to digest lactose. You will become lactose intollerant thereafter.

Short term. If you're currently having trouble with lactose, you will sense relief: less gas, bloating, diarhea, pain. You may become calcium deficient if you do not have other sources of calcium in your diet.

probebly week bones

This is a good question, I stopped drinking milk about 15 years ago and I've done things that people would think you would have broken bones no matter how strong they are. There might be problems in the future but I haven't noticed anything yet. If there were no cows, where would we be getting milk from, we wouldn't, I don't think of it as a necessary part of nutrition and I am sure there have been places from a very long time ago where cows weren't present and people didn't drink milk except directly after childbirth. If you keep active your bones will grow, calcium is found in other foods. BTW, I don't have any issues with drinking milk, I make pudding with milk on occasion and eat it all, which would be about 6 cups of milk. I also make homemade ice cream with 3 cups of cream, I don't have any issues with this.
