I've got lots of acne pimples on my face, what do i do to get rid of them?

i would like find some color imaging about foot drop , but cant find it threought yahoo image?

See a dermatologist, he can put you on antibiotics..I'm 36, had acne my whole life until about two years ago, antibiotics worked for a while, but then went on Accutane. I haven't had any acne since I stopped taking the Accutane. I think the FDA took Accutane off the market a year ago because it had a lot of side affects. I was lucky and only got really dry skin when I was taking it. Try a dermatologist, if you have light to medium acne it can be controlled.
