Persistent headache and more?

I've have a semi persistant headache for about 4 days. I am also tired all the time, a little nauseous (not bad), and a tad dizzy. I've also had what feel like menstrual cramps.
I am on 2 medications- Valtrex for herpes on my hand and Lexapro for anxiety.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Thanks!

Answers:
Stress and worrying about some of the illnesses that you have can contribute to your everyday headaches. How is your diet. What activities are you involved in? Is your day consuming, do you get enough sleep and rest or do you have insomnia? The best thing you can do right now is to pamper your body and take care of yourself. Stay with your meds and let this illness take its course as you will be back to your old self again. Don't forget pampering is a good thing for the soul and mind. Candle lit baths with oils and beads and well as pedicures, manicures, facials, reading a book during the process or listening to music and relaxing in the tub or spa. Hope that helps.

Sounds like they could be side affects from the meds you are on. Check with your Dr. or pharmacist.
