Answers:
Drink more water. In the summertime humidity works like a humectant with the skin, pulling water to the surface. Perspiration results, and the skin tends to be more moist and softer. There's not much humidity in the wintertime, so there's not that 'humectant pull' to moisten the skin. Because you don't perspire as much in the winter, there's a tendency to drink less clear water. Your skin cells need clear fluids to work properly. They dehydrate and this causes the dry skin. You could try intensive moisture therapies.OTC moisturizers and skin conditioners which offer temporary relief. Drinking more water will reduce your dry skin problems.

How do you figure out how much sleep you NEED?

Vitamin E is good for dry skin, any lotion with that in it and it also comes in a pill form.
