Eating enough but not too much of healthy foods, fruits vegetables, lean meats, not too many heavy carbs like pasta and breads, drink lots of water, milk, lowfats cheeses. Eat a normal pood pyramid diet. and EXERCISE, you'll lose no weight if there is no effort. Or you could be like anna nicole and try trimspa and booze diet. whatever.
