Flaming red face.?

Question:

My face goes red all the time. If the guy I like (or any guy for that matter) talks to me it goes red. When I know someone is just looking at me, espeacially in public speaking. Anyone have any suggestions that might help?

thanks for asking thats question, i was about to ask that question too because it happens to me. Whenever the whole class focus on me or i talk back to a my classmates my face feels its burning inside and its goes red, i don't know why but i think it's because i'm shy which i know i'm maybe thats the same thing with with you. I would like to know how to overcome that, ppl so think i'm dumb becz i really talk when ebsolutely nessery and some time actually most of the time i fail to ask help becz of that.. i'm sorry but other ppl might have the answer.
