What is the difference between hemiparisis and hemiplagia?

Answers:
Prescription drug addiction is a toughie. The drugs were originally prescribed for a problem that actually existed, and sometimes doctors are reluctant to admit that they have overprescribed, or not monitored the usage of, the drug. That's part of the problem.
Another piece of the puzzle is, those drugs were legitimately needed at one time. Many times the person abusing the drug does not want to stop taking it because they are afraid the problem for which they started taking it will come back.

The third piece is, the person abusing the drug is addicted. Addicts don't quit using until THEY are ready.

YOU being ready, THEIR KIDS being ready, and SOCIETY being ready for them to get help is of no consequence. THEY have to want to stop. You can't help someone who doesn't want help.

Perhaps it is time for Child Protective Services to be contacted. Sometimes the threat of losing one's children will make a person want to straighten up.

Good luck.

Does inhalation through the nose ensure proper filteration?

It seems to me that it's because anyone can go to a doctor and get RX drugs. Anyone can go to the doctor and tell them that they have a pulled muscle, fake pain when they stretch it, and receive a prescription. Doctors prescribe too many needless drugs to patients because it's easier than really figuring out what the problem is, or investigating to see if there really IS a problem.
