My advice is not to count calories, it difficult to measure them, time taking, and you will loose motivation. Just try to eat less red meat and more fish instead, change rice, pasta, or anyother "side dish" for vegatables, eat cereal in the mornings, have dinner before 6:30 pm, avoid all kinds of "flour" and soft drinks, drink lots of water.. dont eat between meals.if u get really hungry, have an apple..and do some excercise.dont have to be really intense, just MOVEEE..do something dynamic. take a fat burner that will help acceleratte your metabolism, HYDROXYCUT its a good one, not to strong but effective. dont abuse..just take as directed.one time a wekk have a free meal, pizza, taco bell, whatever u like most. in less than three months, u will loose all those pounds.
