I have to right my own discharge papers from victim counseling. Can someone please help me?

Question:
I am an adult who was the victim of childhood sexual abuse. I am almost done with my counseling and I have to write me own discharge papers and don't know where to start. If someone could give me some pointers that would be great.
Thanks.

Answers:
Well, they probably want to know if you've made progress in counseling and are ready to be discharged. You could talk about what happened when you got into counseling, what you've learned, what has changed, and what your plans are for the future. How will your life change now that you have completed your counseling?

Other Answers:
what exactly are these papers suposed to be about?

I cant help with the papers but these sites are useful.

Just start off with how young and how long ago its been and tell them what all happened

Just start from the begining. what you were like before counseling started and go from there. what you've learned about yourself and others around you and how you are going to take that new found knowledge to live a happier life. Good luck
