As a doctor, how can i convince adults not to be afraid of a vaccination shot?
I manage a company which deals with adult vaccination. We are a group of doctors, and we're thinking of innovative ideas to get more and more people open to getting their vaccines. Just noticed that a common response that I get is of how afraid they are of vaccination, or how uninterested they are.
Answers:
I can think of two distinct reasons for people to resist vaccinations.
First, of course, is needle phobia. Would it be possible, or worthwhile, to use something like EMLA, to make the injection pain free, or less painful?
Second is the mistrust of vaccinations, or a general resistance to "taking medicine when you're not sick." I'm usually on the fence about getting a flu shot. I'm not elderly and I've never had the flu. Honestly, I'd rather skip it, but since I'm a nurse, I know I should get it.
What works best for me is making it extremely convenient for me to get the injection. Have flexible hours when it's available. Is it possible to bring it to the patients where they work, instead of making them come to you?
And I agree that a trip to Hawaii would be a good incentive.

Offer a lollipop after the shot.i am having acne which is more and also forms a black mark how to get cure by natural way?
u should punch them in the face and give them the shot. if they ask just say they fainted from looking at the needleNo one likes vaccinations. But some people have a true phobia about receiving them. I dont' like them . . . but I would be more receptive to receiving one if . . perhaps . . . an all expenses vacation to Hawaii was offered as a reward! Only joking. I think making the area in which the shot is to be given homey and pleasant like with soothing music would be helpful. Also, friendly people giving shots make things easy. And . . . the lollipop after the shot is a super finishing touch!
tell them to grow up.
u got a problem there, buddy.
