Ya I know you dont want to hear my answer but im just telling you. DOnt bother with it. You dont need it. You will become dependant on it. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, just see how it feels the first day you are off them. You will not want to get out of bed. Just drink some more coffee or get a little extra caffiene. Caffiene is really not dangerous and coffee is an antioxodent. You dont know me so no you dont have to believe me, btu I took hydroxey cut, ripped fuel, and ephedrene (xyenodrene) (Sorry spelling is terrible). I tried them all for long periods and I started getting heart palpatations. I took them as reccommended too. Maybe it wont happen to you, but you DO NOT need pills. EAT RIGHT AND WORKOUT. thats the only answer. if you just need a little boost, drink some caffeine. ephedra is outlawed for a REASON, not everyoine who took it and had bad side effects overdosed.

I used yahoo search engine and it will show you matches. some are articles, other are sales outlets. dont take more than two weeks straight or your internal systems begin to shut down. take too much at once and you can die. it does work in sensible moderation. in my experience 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. no more than 50mg a day.
