take one little step at a time.it all depends how hard it really is.like can you not even motivate yourself to get out of bed?? if so..just taking a shower and getting dressed is like taking leaps and bounds.exercising..i'd say walk down the street or something and think about goals you'd like to accomplish with exercise. taking little steps at first lets u know you can do it and helps with the actual "getting up and doing it"
