How long will it take to see results after beginning a workout regimine?

Question:
Any specific workouts that yield the most results?I hate dieting so I can't do that. Just exercising.

Answers:
If you're so anxious to see results, you're in the wrong track. It's also discouraging to call it a "regime". Make only those changes you can stick to FOR LIFE and forget about results. Easy diet: eat 8 servings of veggies and fruit every day and drink a minimum of 2 liters of water. Easy exercise: walk for 30 to 60 minutes at 5 or 6 km/h.

4 weeks

It will take a few weeks to start actually seeing results, but you will start to feel results immediately. This will include soreness and tightness in your muscles, depending on what exercises you are doing.

Don't be discouraged by NOT seeing results right away. It takes time! Just stick to the program and make it a little more difficult each time you workout. Over time you will see results, and, as you get more into working out, the diet modifications will be less difficult.

16 years of working out.

You will begin to see results in about a month but the results you are probably wanting take time. Think of it like this if your trying to reshape your body. It took nine months to 'shape' you in your mother's womb so figure its going to take at least that long to "re-shape" your body.

You may see results after 2 weeks but normally within 3 to 4 weeks.

Mental results should be apparent almost a week after starting, you should be more happy energetic and positive. Your physical self may take longer depending on intensity and frequency.

If you are skinny, results could be almost instant.

if you work-out three to four times a week, you will see results within two weeks. four or more times a week and you can pretty much eat anything you like(unless you have diabetes), and you will see great results in a week. if you are obese(which i am not saying you are), it may not show immediately, but you will lose weight first and if you continue working out, it would lead to muscle after most of the fat has burned off.
