Answers:
Exercise! Stay far, far away from caffeine and drink lots of water! You could also take the lazy-woman's route and take Midol or something similar.

Heating pad! Also, you may want to try the pill. In addition, bring it up to your Gyne..it could be endometriosis.

irisheyedgirl is correct.

If you have persistent cramps, clumps (little blood clots) discharging during your period, diarrhea, nausea, etc. endometriosis could be the culprit.

They can do laparoscopy surgery to zap the endometrial sites, however, it will re-occur. If it is endometriosis, (as it was for me) you may end up needing further treatment.

Best of everything!

DEPO PRO-I use to have the most painful cramps too!! I used heating pads, 3 ibeprofens, drinking milk, eating crackers, sex a couple days b4, massages, and trying to sleep it off. These all are temporary fixes but not all of them work. We are all different. I have been on DepoProvera for a year and this has helped tremendously!! Starting DEPO I had lighter periods(some spotting) less cramping. At 6 months-no cramps. At 1yr. no cramps, no periods(which is normal).I feel amazing and my skin is beautiful too. Talk 2 your doctor.
