Thats normal for the flu. Give him some childrens tylenol if you haven't already to bring down the fever. Keep fluids in him (water) so he doesn't become dehydrated. Keep him warm even though he is sweating and probably very uncomfortable. When I was little and would get sick like that a cool washcloth either on my forehead or the back of my neck seemed to make me feel better.
