you definetly need to see a doctor. it's possible you have an STD. But if not it might be chaffing or an allergic reaction. try using a cleansing cloth to clean your unit, and a mild moisturizer

sounds like jock itch to me man, sometimes my boyfriend gets that. it's just where you sweat alot and you develope like a itchy fungus down there. get some spray for it . you can get some spray at walmart

It sounds like Jock itch! If your sexually active, then its more likely you have some sort of V.D.

If you got into contact with some animal that rubbed your legs when you wore shorts, then its possible you picked up some sort of ring worm or parasite. Regardless, I would get a doctor or local nurse to take a look at it before it spreads.

I would say eat some yogurt. I was reading in a book that when you have just basically itches down there to eat yogurt. If that doesn't work, maybe you should see a doctor for other illnesses.
