found two spot on upper part of right lung what can be the cause?

Has anyone tried generic bupropion SR?

Answers:
Please call the doctor back first thing in the morning. Ask them to explain what they meant by what they said. Doctors get paid way too much to leave a patient worried about what they meant and out in the dark.
You paid for the visist, make them explain it. It can be a lot of things or nothing at all. No one better than the iddiot who told you that can define the SPOTS for you. Good luck.

It's hard to tell from just a basic description, but it could be anything or nothing. An abscess (more likely if you have signs of infection), a scar from a previous abscesses, secondary tuberculosis (which likes the upper lung fields), an immune reaction called a granuloma, a focus of pneumonia, a benign tumor, or cancer. This is just a small list.

Don't worry about it until a physician works you up further. I know the "c-word" is enough to give anyone a scare, but I'm really just throwing random possibilities out there.

Am I To Young?

Your physician had to order the chest xray in order for you to receive one. WHO told you about the two spots on your lung? I know it isn't up to the xray tech to give out that info.or at least it shouldn't have been. The first answer to your question has given you some possibilities. Your own physician will want more info, perhaps another xray or CT Scan/MRI, blood work up, perhaps a biopsy. Your own physician will NOT make a diagnosis based soley on the xray, but will have an idea of the work up or follow up tests you may need to prove or disprove the problem. Get in touch with your physician if your physician has not gotten in touch with you. The worry of what could be may well be worse for you than the actual diagnosis.
