I would alternate upper and lower body exercises. For example a routine might be like this:

Mon- upper - bench press, upright rows, military press
Tues- lower - squats, lunges, standing calf raises
Wed- rest or cardio - bike or run, abs
Thurs- upper - bench press, bent rows, sitting shoulder press
Fri - lower - squats, one legged lunges, sitting calf raises
Sat - cardio - whatever cardio you like.
Sun - rest
