What is joint mobility and how does it differ from muscles flexibility?

why isn't my chest growing?

Answers:
A joint is a point where it can go in a variety of ranges of motion, the perfect example being the shoulder. It rolls and makes movement much easier. Muscles on the other hand can only contract to aid movement. They work together wonderfully and any injury to one or the other can cause major disruption in function of either the joint or muscles. I hope this helps.
