I have arachnidphobia,I'm afraid of taratulas mostly. What should I do to overcome my fear?

Answers:
I smell mine when I smell. But I agree with the other answers. If you get use to smelling something you dont smell it anymore. Like your own purfume/cologne.

Where can I buy lye for making soap?

Does anyone know what undertones a neutral complexion has?

We CAN smell our own body odor. Either you don't have any, or you are just used to it.

does anyone know how to stop a bad toothache?

Most people can smell thier body oder most of the time. If there is a time when we can't smell it, it is more than likely because of "sensory adaption": diminished sensitivity as a consequence of a constant stimulation.
Like when you walk into your friends house and smell a nasty smell and wonder how they can go on without smelling it, and then in a few minutes you no longer smell it either.
It's our diminishing sensitivity to an unchanging stimulous.
