Energy Efficient? I think not. Please Help Me. By Clicking Me!?

I always tire out way to easily . Like example I just started lifting weights I was too tired to do anything but swim. It's strange I an out of energy before I got very sore. Can someone give me tips on what I should eat that's NATURAL or just give me general tips. Sorry I categorized best I could and yes I'm a guy 15 a matter a fact. Jesus Loves and Adores.

take things slow and easy. Try to work on the repetitions rather than the weights. Build up slowly over days/weeks don't try to do too much to quickly/

~~it's possible that the asthma is effecting your endourance, try slowing your reps, smooth slow controlled reps, you don't necessarily have to feel sore from the first times you exercise, build up your number of reps slowly. you can also get ankle and wrist weights and go on brisk walks, be sure 15 to 20 min before this to use your rescue inhaler. Also, check with your local library, many of them have DVD's and Video tapes to borrow, you may be able to find a good cardio work out using weights. Again, when doing cardio, be sure to use your rescue inhaler 15 to 20 min. prior.~~
