your back is tense and stress will add to the pain too. you need to stretch the muscles out and put ice on it. slowly put your head from one side to the other and gently stretch for 25 seconds. repeat on the other side. take some tynelos or ibuprofen if it does not go away. ice helps too. hope you feel better!

Do you sit a lot and extend your right arm such as at a computer and use a mouse? This can cause the spine to be twisted and putting a vertebrae out of place. I suggest a visit to a chiropractor.
