How serious is it when you bruise your femur bone. in your knee and slitly tear your meniscus?

what is the best way for a man 55+to add muscle and lose wieght?

Answers:
You will have pain but you will live. I have had a torn meniscus for two years now. I have gone through therapy but I imagine I will end up with orthscopic surgery since it hasn't healed. Give therapy and time a chance first before proceding with surgery. I am sorry you have this problem. If the meniscus is slightly torn, it may well heal on its own accord.

How does treadmill incline work? No actual work of raising self up elevation, just running with angled foot?

Ugh, I would talk to my doctor if that happened to me.

Funky gases?

Really what you need to be worried about is the torn meniscus. You DO need to see your regular Physican. Then he will most likely send you for an XRay and MRI and will also send you to a speicialist, an Orthopedic. Then he will detrimine exactly what is wrong and will most likely send you to a Rehab such as Health South for Physical Thearpy. Also if you cant walk due to pain, your better off skipping this and heading right down to your local Hospital. LOL Good Luck!
