Graham crakers and ginger ale helped sooth alot. My doctor told me to keep some on my night stand a nibble & sip on it before getting out of bed. Something about the ginger helping to ease nausea. Only thing I found that helped me. Congratulations & good luck:)

supposedly.things like ginger ale, small frequent meals/snacks, crackers. That's about as accurate as calling it 'morning' sickness in the first place. I actually was so sick with 'all day' sickenss that I lost weight.and my MD put me on some prescription meds for it. I don't remember what they were called, sorry.sea bands,wrist bands that help with nausea available at walgreens as well as ginger are both wonderful for nausea and morning sickness.Get the real stuff from a health food store,try reeds ginger candy,or the ginger soda.You can even drink ginger tea.
Good luck -- I remember feeling that way too well! Getting enough sleep is a good thing, and get up out of bed very slowly. Take little sips of water thoughout the day. Some say dry crackers, but they didn't help me. the only thing I really could eat easily were plain eggs, and fruit. Don't eat anything that is too hard to process, because your system is running more slowly now. Eat easily digestible, easy-on-your-stomach food, you have to feel them out for yourself because everyone is different. They also have bands to wear around your wrists (at a drugstore), they were a good distraction anyway.
