Other Answers:
For me, I take over the counter claritin and nasal spray from the doctor. I also clean everyday from dust. I am highly allergic, if it becomes worse, make an appointment with an allergist to see what you are allergic to. Sometimes there are molds that I am really sensitive too and they give me headache that is out of this world. So have an antihistimane such as Benadryl or Claritin present just in case you have an attack. I would highly recommend seeing a doctor about your allergies to see what you are allergic too. Drink lots of water. If it's asthma and you have a whistling sound coming out, then please see a doctor. Allergies can also be skin and that's when you'll have hives developing as well and it is also respiratory as well. Lessen the sweets as well and don't eat mushrooms or anything that is yeastbased. Sometimes it helps the allergy to get better.Drink hot tea with lemon as well. Drink tussin as well as pseudoephrine to help decongest it. But by all means if it gets worse see the doctor.
