I really believe that it is important you cut down on your salt intake. Exercise will definitely help with your blood pressure though. By adjusting your salt intake that allows fluid to be real eased through your kidneys making your blood pressure lower.

No you should eat no more than 2000mg on a low sodium diet.Anything that is fast and easy to cook usually has a lot of sodium in it.

Sodium is hard on the heart, and the kidneys too. Careful. Once you damage those organs, it's hard to repair them.
