Recently my saliva has been constitently sweet tasting and my tongue has cracked.What could this be from??

Question: I tried doing a search online but found nothing. Does anyone know what this is from? I am suspecting it's dietary as because of an eating disorder history my moms says its from a nutritional defiency.I'm so lost tho..
