If you have been to the doctor, he/she could give you the best answer. If you have NOT been to the doc, then you had better get there!!
With anti biotics, and loads of rest, it should be better in a week or so. No smoking, or stressful activities!

Doctors usually say it takes 4 or more weeks to fully recover. But I did faster - after I was diagnosed and started taking prescribed medication, in a couple of days I already felt better, and in a week was totally fine (at least felt that way). So it depends.

I just got over micro-plasma pneumonia and i got sick around 12/5/05. I have never been sick in my life like that! I hope who ever has it gets well soon cause it is pure hell!
