you should space your crunches out to 50 every four hours that way you are constantly working them to tone them just doing 200 once will get results but by te time you do more the effects of the first set will have worn off start with 50 every 4 hours then go to 100 every 6 hours and move up until your doing about 100 a day i got great results

You really shouldn't do that many crunches in a row. You're supposed to do about 25, then allow the muscle to relax and repair itself, about a minute, and then do them again. You'll see better results this way.
