What is your exercise routine?
Answers:
I follow BFL (body for life) for both diet and exercise. I eat 6 small meals (200-300 cal) per day 6 days a week, and on the 7th day I have a "free day" in which I eat whatever and whenever I feel like. For exercise I have altered the given schedule slightly: I alternate cardio/abs days with weight days. On weight days I alternate upper body and lower body exercises. For abs I either do "Abs of Steel" tape or go to the "extreme abs" class at the gym. I don't have "nice abs" yet, but I'm getting there.

Every 3 days I do roughly 350 abs crunches. First I go to 75 then I would go to 65 then 55 subtrating 10 until I have 5 left. But for lifting its how you feel the burn best. My method works best for me the methods other people tell you works best for them. You just need to try something that suites you best
Vinyasa Yoga for an hour a day.I love my flat belly!
