I have a very serious question..only serious answers please! I have a sister who has been taking Vicodin.?

I have a sister who has been taking Vicodin by presrcription for 5 years now. I believe she is addicted to it because she gets short-tempered alot and doesn't have any motivation. She is 38 and lives with my mom.my mom is her caregiver right now. Does anybody have any info on this and where can I find info online that I can copy for my mom?
