Answers:
Probably a pinched nerve. I had a numb back before, and that's what I was told. It eventually went away. The only way to be sure, though, is to see a doctor, but you already know that.

my blood pressure seems to run 180-190/90-99. I am very tired all the time? Is this connected.?

You need to see a doctor. It may be a pinched nerve but no one is qualified to really know for sure without seeing you.

Sounds like serious heart trouble.

OR you have a pinched nerve where it comes out of your spinal column.

You can try doing some movement exersizes like yoga which has helped me with all sorts of odd things like this.
Lie flat on the floor on your back and raise your arm over your head. Bring it down toward your knee. SLOWLY.
Lying on lyour back on the floor move your arm slowly in all different directions and ways.
Also use a heating pad on your should and behind your shoulder while you sit in a chair to get lots of heat on the area where the nerves come out of the backbone.

If it's from an injury probably just some sort of a pinched nerve-you really should go to the doctor. but a month ago my uncle's left arm and leg went numb kinda like what you described and he just ignored it for a few days and it didn't go away.he went to the doctor and found out he had cancer that somehow spread from his lung to his spinal cord-he died a week and a half ago.he was a smoker though

what is the best way to reduce weight up to the ideal one at the age of 20.when it os 140 pounds?

Are you male or female? What is your age? What is your medical history? From the little amount of information you have given, there are tons of things it could be. You need to be more descriptive. Obviously, full body numbness is not normal. You need to get this checked out.

A pinched nerve should not cause full body numbess.

Left arm and shoulder pain and numbness could be cardiac in origin.

Full body numbness could be Guillian Barre, Multiple Sclerosis, brain tumor or a host of other factors.

There are so many possiblities, that I will not even hazard a guess.

I hope you have seen a doctor after your previous injury. Your numbnness could or couldnt have been due to that injury because you said your whole body is having the numbness. It could be some poor blood circulation problem.I would suggest you stretch your body and do some vigorous exercise to allow better blood flow through your body. Mean time, go to the pharmacist and get his advice if 'Neurobion'( A combination of Vit.B1,B6 and B12,in high dosage)is good for you. I recommended this because some months back I have some numbness in my arms and it was okay now after taking 2 months of it.If yours is a nerve problem, that drug should work on you. Meantime, make sure you exercise everyday.
