use a natural herbs called ( Magic herb)avaliable as capsulesi have to disagree with the other person. i have found that along with excersize, you should eat 5-6 small meals per day, approx, less than what you would eat for the 3 meals. by eating more times but less, you are less likely to be hungery, lessing the chance for over eating.
