Answers:
There is no such word as somatitis - if you meant "stomatitis", it is inflammation of the mouth, and can be caused by various different things-such as; bacteria, viruses, trauma to the mouth, irritants such as alcohol, tobacco, hot and/or spicy foods, chemical irritants such as a new mouthwash or toothpaste you may be using, nutritional deficencies, etc. There is a medical term for "somatist"-which basically means 'One who believes mental disorders have an organic origin'.

Women only?
