How do u prepare for running track?


i am starting tommarow and i don't wanna make a fool out of myself.it is high school track

How can I weigh myself at 11 pm and wake up 5lbs lighter at 8am (with no potty visits)?

Listen to your coach and the upperclass students who have been running track for a while. Practice and keep up your running. Oh, and don't forget to have fun.

a bridge is a simple way to prepare- it streches you and works your whole body.
lay face-up with arms behind head over face. lift yourself up and hold yourself up with arms and legs.
stay in a bridge position w/out coming down for 10 bridges each 6 minutes long
