about squats!!?

i just stayed in a low squat stance for 5 minutes.
will i feel BURN in my legs tomorrow?

Answers:
You should or next time throw some weight on your legs and do a wall sit. Holding your muscles in a flexed postition is an isometric contraction. Good for burning the muscles out especially at the end of a workout
