how bad is coffee for your teeth?

Question:
i have stopped drinking pop but do i need to stop drinking coffee too, decay? staining? cavities?

Answers:
Coffee could cause extrinsic stains on your teeth. Also, if you use sugar in your creamer, that's just as bad as drinking pop.

you could check the internet cuz if you will depend on our answers, that would be not enough..enjoy searching__*_^

Our teeth yellow as we age. Coffee, tea, soy sauce, cigarettes etc. will stain your teeth even faster. Coffee really doesn't do you any good honey, it's best to quit drinking that too.

Brush with baking soda!

Put toothpaste on your toothbrush, dip it in the baking soda (to cover the toothpaste), and brush. As you get used to the taste, you'll be able to dip the brush into the soda and brush. To start, the paste gives it flavor.

It works great, I think, and is inexpensive. (Just keep doing it. I don't think it'll be long before you see an improvement.)
