How can I lose a couple pounds in little time?

hey..wen u ahve to lose those few extra pounds in a quikie..do this. for a week.go for only fruits for the first 2 days..then only boiled or roased/baked veggeis for the nest 2 days..have a lil amt of cereals the next day..then go on a liquid diet for the last 2 days..this will make u lose 4-5 pounds in a week and the fruit juices will keep ur skin glowin too..and yes..dont modify ur daily wortk toutine cz dat will only get the body's metabolic rate down and then the diet wint help much..all da best

Trying to impress somebody? Be happy with the size you are. If you are already leading a healthy lifestyle, then you were probably meant to be this weight. But if you're a couch potato, might I suggest.exercise? Healthy eating (salads that are filling yet do not have a lot of mayonnaise or other unhealthy things) and exercise. If you want to lose a couple of pounds in a little time, starve yourself to death to become anorexic. But the long term results are..UGH! =D Please don't do it. =D Just lead a healthy lifestyle!

Just watch what you eat, and get some exercise. In the end, weight loss is about burning more calories than you take in. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months by cutting out snacks and just eating smaller portions for meals. I still ate 3 healthy meals a day.

depending on how little time your talking about. I would suggest drinking alot of water for a couple of days to help flush your system and at the same time cut out carbs and sugar. Eat alot of vegetables. Stay away from fruit which has a lot of natural sugar. You could also do a colon cleanse with an over the counter laxative drink, but be prepared to sit on the toilet for most of the day and to use preparation H afterwards. Not the best idea unless you are having a colostopy.

There is no HEALTHY way to lose weight quickly. If you really want to lose pounds quickly take a pill that reduces the water in your body. You will lose weight but it wont stay off long. Best thing to do is eat healthy. Stop fast food trips and excercise. Weight lifting will give you muscle and that burns more fat so the long term goals are there. You wont necessary lose weight when you sart doing things like crunches elypticals or curls or anything in that nature for muscle weighs more but you will lose inches. But keep up the excercising for a year everyoher day if lifting or everday if eyliptical and you will look better then you ever have before. How fast is up to your body however, for everyones body chemistry is different.
