I don't know how much stress you are under and what is the cause but I can tell you, I learned to deal with what is absolutely the most important thing first and accomplish what I can and I learned to always get a good night's sleep. I learned to prioritize and to take care of myself. I learned to say.what's the big deal.or what's the worse that can happen. I learned to appreciate the little things and to find simple escapes like reading. I learned to laugh..a lot. I found the humor.sometimes it was sarcasm but I found the humor in some of the most stressful times of my life. I also prayed. I gave a lot to the Lord and I just left it there at the throne. I didn't pick it up again, it was His problem now. I took care of my kids, my house, and myself and I stayed focused. I hope that helps.

I found exerices is a great reliever of stress. The worse th stress..the harder I exercise. Its a win-win situation. Be a good suggestion, keep in shape and reduce stress! ;)
