You need to see a doctor right now! I had the issue after having my second child. I was released from the hospital 24 hours after birth. I had high blood pressure before giving birth. Come to find out I suffered a mild stroke. I went to the ER a couple of days after giving birth with those symtoms and they got my blood pressure down and put my under observation.
