I tried it. I am 4'10" and am 24 years old. I't did not really work for me but I only tried one bottle. I did not take it exactly as they told me because sometimes I would forget to take it. I also have genetic condition called Turner Syndrome and that might have been a factor. I e-mailed Height Max and they never answered my question just sent an automated reply.
