Are there any vitamans on the market, that can help with clearing acne?

Question:

i suffer from moderate acne, and i am a heath-concious person, so i am interested to see if anyone knows of any vitaman [that can be bought at a rite-aid, and is cheap!] that can speed up the process of clearing my skin. :-) thanks!

Well if you are a women, birth control. Ortho helped my skin. Otherwise, try some witchhazel.

Vitamin E supplements are great for your skin. Give those a try. Be sure to wash your face as well. If your acne severity warrants it, see a dermatologist. He/she could probably prescribe a more effective acne medication.

i know of no vitamin(s) that will help, but ask your deru or doc for benza clin,u just wash face, apply cream, and go/sleep. im srry that this is wayy expenive but it has work wonders on me and my friends and family's faces!but getta sample and try first

I really dont know of any vitamin but i use Mary Kay Acne Treatment Gel. It works wonders!!
