how can someone lose wait without counting calories?

Well it really depends what you eat. If you eat chocolate, potatoes chips and donuts all day, it doesn't really matter if you count calories or not as you'll always be in a calorie surplus. If you consistently make wise food choices, no carbs after 6pm, only complex carbs before 6pm, lean meats, fish and plenty of veggies, eating several small meals and in moderation, then you will likely never have to count calories as long as you're physically active everday.
I've never counted calories a day in my life because my activity levels are always high and I only eat junk maybe one day per week.

its not always the calories that kills us its how much we eat. just watch your portions . drink lots of water just if you know its not healthy dont fill up the plate . what i usually do is serve my beans on my plate first and put a good bit that way i dont have much more room for all the fattening stuff. or start eating in a small bowl that will help you eat less of the foods you like cause a plate holds alot more than a bowl.My girlfriends jaw hurts when she gives me oral how do i get oral from her?
You have to expend more calories than you take in. Weight loss is as simple as that. Don't count, but just enjoy eating what you like in moderation, be reasonable, you can't eat sweets all day long and expect to be healthy!
