Hey sweety, you sound like me! I know you said it was just your tummy, but you can't lose that tummy without cutting out some calories. I just lost about 40 lbs. and this is how I did it. First and foremost I cut out any fast food, even those salads have way too many calories for one meal, also the more water you drink the easier it will be to flush that fat away. The first day I ate as little as possible to shrink my stomach (a normal stomach only holds about 1 1/2 cups of anything, and we all know we are eating way more than that) then on out I kept a journal of all the foods/ calories I ate.trying for no more than 1500 per day. The most important thing to remember though is that to lose fat you must use it in your muscles and the more muscle you have the more those curves in the right places will stay and those bulges in the wrong places will leave. Strength training is essential, and in our case building those ab muscles. A great exercise for the lower tummy is to lay flat on the floor with your arms extended up above your head and keeping your feet together lift your legs up in the air (kinda like a crunch with the legs and not torso). I know this sounds like alot, but like I said I lost 40 lbs. in 4 weeks, so I know you can do it too. Best wishes

Exercise, or go to Bally Total Fitness and get a personal trainer, DUHHH

eat healthier exersize its hard but u can do it trust me im going ona diet

do sit up. but then if you are 4'11" and you're size 9, that's a little overweight. I'm 5'1" and size 5. I am 5 pounds over weight.

A balanced diet is what you really need
In your diet, you need only a morderate amount of carbohydrates, or carbos for short, no more, no less. Kick in some proteins, like meat or lentils. Don't forget vegetables! Top it with healthy fruits, like cantaloupe or oranges. Drink a lot of water!Don't eat junk food or fast food to much(except Subway sandwiches). CHANGE YOUR DIET OFTEN!
Then I advice exercise.
After you eat, walk about ten minutes. Take a break, then go out to play! I advise yoga very much. Yoga relaxes and heals as well as exercises you.
Then take plenty of rest! Sleep early, and wake up early.
Good Luck!
