What did you use to inspire yourself to exercise more?
What would you do when you are just starting out to make it where you didnt give up after a week or two?

I found the size of me was getting me down and that I was out of breath was all the encoragement I neededMotivation is essentially an internal feeling, so the why to inspire you to keep going is individual.
The most important thing is to find an activity you enjoy - its no point promising yourself that you will go to the swimming 5 times a week if you hate swimming. I found Aerobics and the Gym was the most suitable activity as I found it easier to work in a social atmosphere. It is important to decide what you want out of exercise and then find a matching exercise
Secondly you need to decide what is the main reason you are exercising, is it a looks thing, is it health reasons, do you want to feel younger, have you got a special day coming up. What ever the reason really focus on that reason, focus on why it is important to you and what the consequences of failing to achieve it would be. For me it was a case of health reasons, I felt unfit. I was therefore motivated by the thought of forever being unable to run over for a bus or other small problems
Keep some sort of record of how you are achieving your goals, if you are doing it to lose weight measure yourself weekly/fortnightly so you can have an actual record of the changes that the gym can have
Accept failure on a day only basis, ok one day you really might not be able to get out to exercise, don't use this as an excuse to stop going out to exercise entirely. Look at the reasons why you missed your training session, make the adjustments needed to avoid it in future and then start afresh the next day.
Don't set your standards to high immediately. Many new exercisers insist that they'll be working out 7 days a week for 2 hours a day, this is not a realistic move when you've been doing nothing, work up slowly, little baby steps until you are more able
Finally stay focused on you - its all about your interests, your goals and your achievements - enjoy the buzz that a healthier lifestyle can bring you
how can a teen loose weight at home?
here are some of things that i did1- I frequently change my training suit
2- now and then or every day I have a different tape on
3- i imagine that i am in a classroom and I am instructor
4- use an indoor equipment for a change
5- I've sometimes play a comedy movie while exercising on indoor machine.

I love working out in the heated 92 degree therapy pool. I love water. So it's a reward. Yay, I "GET" to work out today! I get to go in the pool! Instead of, ick, I "HAVE" to work out today, bummer.I do what I love. Find something you love to do and it won't be a chore.
I did other exercises but I didn't stick with them because I didn't enjoy them. Just keep trying different stuff until something resonates with you.

How do you get rid of the flab on arms?
humm..I guess other girls.Also I got to my highest weight (196 lbs) and I was like" I need to be thin, I need to make a real run at this, because I have to try". I got scared of getting sick and tired of feeling bad about myself.
I read books on resistence trianing and did cardio videos.
High school is enough to motivate anyone, All the girls are thin and look pretty and you want that too.
I also had my workout posted up so I knew waht I had to do.
I had encouraging messages on my mirror and wall.
It helps big time.
